I wanted to let you know that I introduced a group of my friends to
St. Pete’s last Saturday night, 9/15/12. Being their first time, I was
eager to see if they would fall for the place the same as I did many
years ago.

All 5 of them were VERY impressed, not only with the atmosphere and
friendliness of the staff, but with the food and drinks.

A special recognition is well earned by Rebecca, who not only took
care of us and made it look effortless, even as we moved to the patio,
but she interacted easily with everyone, making us laugh, and giving
bang-on recommendations for different fare and drinks to try.

We came because of the food. We’ll be coming BACK because of the

With everything to do in running a restaurant, it’s a wonder why I’d think I’d need a new website. But the truth is, there’s so much to this place that I want to share. For the regulars, they’ve heard all the stories, but for people who may not have experienced St. Pete’s there’s a lot to learn. I hope you will find some interesting things on our new website and will come down to see me.

These guys stumbled upon St. Pete’s Dancing Marlin after walking from Fair Park during the UT/OU game. I asked them what they liked about their new find and this is what some of them said:

Some of these guys are going to start taking DART Lightrail from North Dallas , which drops right off in Deep Ellum–what a great idea!

We live downtown and Pete’s place is my favorite hang out…the food is always great, service is second-to-none. Consistency is what separates the good restaurants from the great restaurants. Pete’s never disappoints. Pete’s is a great place to take friends and family. -Larry
